The point of USDA organic food is it has lower exposure to pesticides and chemicals VS non-organic food. That means, the person who consumes those pricey organic items is theoretically consuming less pesticides and synthetic chemicals thus reducing their own inflammatory burden.
Unfortunately, super markets are secretly spraying their produce with antimicrobial agents and pesticides. Interestingly, consumers are unfairly and unknowingly continuing to foot the costly bill for organic-tier food, that isn’t really organic and is less healthy.
